Now you can see what homes look like that you can move into for about $1,500.
Sometimes our clients decide to make a small down payment, so their monthly payment is a little lower. Or they choose to make a small down payment to get a little lower interest rate with certain loan programs.
The choice is always yours!
Your SmartHomeBuyersDFW.Com Loan Officer will explain your choices so you can make the right one for you!

How can SmartHomeBuyersDFW.Com offer move-in costs for about $1,500 or even less?
How much you have to pay to move into a home is a result of your loan program, your Loan Officer's "number-crunching" abilities, and your Buyer Agent's ability to find homes that are reasonably priced and to negotiate successfully with the sellers.
It takes lenders with special flexibly and Loan Officers and Buyer Agents with advanced training.
It also requires your Loan Officer and your Buyer Agent working together as "a team" for your benefit. Sadly, many Loan Officers and Realtors® do not do this for their clients.
Ours do!
It's not that you couldn't get this low of a move-in elsewhere. It's just that you probably wouldn't.

NOTE: Move-in costs do not included moving expenses, utility deposits, etc. They included the costs paid at closing specifically for buying and financing your home. Loans are subject to lender approval.
