This "team approach" is very helpful for the areas where Buyer Agent and loan office have "joint jurisdiction", including how closing costs are handled, if there will be a new survey, if there are any repair issues which could affect the closing (and thus when the loan can be locked and for how long), etc.
We've also found that in some complex situations, brainstorming between loan office and Buyer Agent can be very helpful. It's like the old expression: "Two heads are better than one."

Who we are:
Our company was founded by Network Funding Branch Manager Paul Marshall because he was frightened by commonly seen sales practices, which took advantage of uninformed buyers when they bought houses and got mortgages.
His vision was the convenience of "one-stop shopping" for buying houses and getting mortgages, but without the high costs which are typical of one-stop shopping offices. Paul felt convenience shouldn't have such a high price!
