More about the Price Match Guarantee
I developed my Price Match Guarantee to save you stress and hassle when getting a home loan.
Simply complete my online pre-qualification form and provide me the information I need to accurately quote you a loan. I will look at your information to determine what type of loan you qualify for, and determine if it's the same type of loan you are interested in.
I will then call or email you to discuss your loan qualification and learn more about your needs and your financial goals that relate to your mortgage.
If qualified and based what you tell me you need, I will spend about 45-60 minutes to develop you a detailed Good Faith Estimate (GFE). I will then schedule a time to call you and go over the GFE over the phone, which I will forward to you by email.
You should understand the costs to buy a home (or refinance), so you'll know where your money is going and so you can make an informed decision.
I Regularly Shop Other Local Lenders
I regularly shop other lenders myself, including those that advertise on TV and also local Credit Unions. So, I have a good idea of the other quotes you'll get.
I have no trouble competing with these lenders, and you'll find you don't have to sacrifice personalized service to get a great interest rate and low fees!
If you do happen to get a GFE with a better rate or lower fees than what I've provided you, I will go to bat for you and do my best to get an exception made for your loan.
About the only time I can't do this is when we are dealing with a likely "bait and switch" situation. This is when I see GFEs provided to perspective borrowers which would result in the loan office earning $0.00 to do the work on your loan.
You'll probably agree that it's not too likely that people are willing to work for free, when we all have financial obligations to meet.
I want you to feel comfortable with the cost of your loan through my office and will compete with any legitimate offer you may receive from someone else. I don't want you to have to sacrifice integrity or service, just for a great rate!
